Imran Khan said that the court’s delays in making decisions were “unjust” and that the accusations made against him were all fabrications.
Imran Khan, the founder of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), has charged Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa of being “biased” against his party. According to The Express Tribune in Pakistan, he asked the judges to expedite their consideration of his plea.

“I urge all judges presiding over my cases to expedite the hearings and refrain from unjustified delays,” Khan said in a statement from Rawalpindi’s Adiala Jail.
According to a story in The Express Tribune, the former prime minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan, referred to the court’s delays as “unjust” and said that all of the accusations made against him were fabricated, unfounded, and untrue.
Khan said, “He stated that there is no pressure on him, but pressure comes to those who refuse to indulge in wrongdoing,” in reference to CJP Isa’s comments. You are acting against PTI like the [government’s] B-team.”
The founder of PTI stated, “You snatched electoral symbol from PTI, denied a level playing field, and violated our fundamental human rights in the guise of the May 9 incidents, on which our petition has been pending since May 25, 2023, without a hearing till today.”
Imran Khan stated that the PTI’s appeals against election tampering have not yet been addressed and that the party’s demand for women’s reserved seats is still open.
“The Supreme Court’s rulings have resurrected the doctrine of necessity,” he declared. Great nations have a unique potential to profit from historic events.”
According to the founder of the PTI, Pakistan’s legal system is being destroyed by the choices that are being forced through threats. He said, “Jungle law is in effect throughout the nation, as evidenced by the comments made by high court justices. Judges on the Supreme Court ought to act like members of higher courts and reverse bad rulings.
According to The Express Tribune article, he stated that he would be open to speaking and that negotiations would only begin after the stolen mandate is returned.
He said, “I am always ready for dialogue, but dialogue will only happen when our stolen mandate is returned, and our innocent workers imprisoned in jails are released.”
Imran Khan emphasized that discussion is held with opponents, and that the PTI’s strongest opponents will be the ones with whom communication is started.
According to Pakistan-based Geo News, former leader of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Fawad Chaudhry stated on May 2 that if the party’s founder strikes a deal with the establishment, he would become Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
Following senior PTI leader Shehryar Afridi’s announcement that his party will hold “dialogue with the chief of army staff (COAS) and the director general of the Inter-Services Intelligence (DG ISI) soon” rather than speaking to “rejected people” who reached parliament through Form 47, Chaudhry’s remarks came as purported “talks” between the PTI and the establishment made headlines for the past few days.
Speaking to media outside the Lahore High Court (LHC), Fawad Chaudhry—who maintains his affiliation with the PTI—predicted that Imran Khan, the former prime minister of Pakistan who was overthrown in April 2022, would not reach an agreement with the establishment, according to a report by Geo News.
“If [Imran Khan] strikes a deal, he will become Shehbaz Sharif,” stated Fawad Chaudhry, a former federal minister of Pakistan. He also stated that “Now, a threat to PM Shehbaz is not from his house but from those who brought him to power and outsiders.”
